Show the diagnostic process

Include vehicle details, codes, symptoms, tests already completed and the evidence behind your conclusions.

Protect customer information

Remove registrations, VINs, names, addresses and other identifying information from screenshots and attachments.

Be constructive

Close the loop

When a fault is fixed, update the case with the confirmed cause and repair so future readers benefit.
